"A decent experience overall"
I ended up ordering from Celebrity Cutouts while planning a little surprise, and at first everything seemed straightforward. The site was easy enough to use, and I didn’t have any major issues placing the order. A little while later my plans changed, so I needed to cancel it. They did allow the cancellation, which I appreciated, but it took a few messages back and forth before everything was fully sorted out. It wasn’t a terrible experience by any means, just a bit more of a process than I expected. I’d say 3 stars is fair.

"Nice little discount on my order"
I was shopping around for a cutout and ended up on celebrity-cutouts.com because I spotted a promo code. It actually worked at checkout without any hassle, which was a nice surprise. I did ask support a quick question and they basically said, "yep, just pop the code in at checkout," and that was it. Took a few pounds off something fun, so I was happy enough. I’d probably order again if another deal came up.

"I liked being able to choose the size…"
I liked being able to choose the size and use my own photo. The preview was really helpful, even though it took me a minute to figure out what those options were doing. Once I got that sorted, it turned out good

I was trying to grab a couple of cutouts, but most of the ones I actually liked were out of stock. The site itself is easy to use, so that part was fine, but it gets Annoying when you keep clicking on stuff and then realize you can’t even buy it. I ended up choosing something else, but it wasn’t really my first Pick.

"The order did have tracking, but..."
The order did have tracking, but it just sat on the same update for a few days, so I had no idea if it was actually moving or not. It did show up eventually, but later than I was expecting, and that was a bit annoying.
The cutout itself was okay and it was packed fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. What bothered me more was the delivery updates being unclear and the terms seeming to change along the way, which made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Not the best for seasonal items"
I went in looking for some Halloween stuff, but it felt like most of what I saw was older Christmas cutouts, maybe leftover from past seasons. Not really what I was hoping to find.

"Checkout was more frustrating than I expected"
I expected the ordering process to be straightforward, but the site felt a bit clunky. The checkout took a few tries to load properly, and some of the options weren’t very clear. I did eventually get my order placed, but it was more of a hassle than I thought it would be.

"Quick Fix, Thankfully"
I had a small issue with my order and I don’t have much patience for back-and-forth, so I was ready to be annoyed. But customer service got back to me quickly and got it sorted without making it a whole thing. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I’m happy enough and I’d use them again.

"Looked Fine at First, Fell Apart Fast"
I got this cutout for a party, and my snap judgment when I opened it was that it looked decent enough. But after moving it around maybe twice, the cardboard started bending way too easily and one corner began splitting. For what it cost, I really expected it to hold up for more than one night. disappointed.

"Happy they ship internationally"
I was glad to see they offer international shipping. My order made it to Canada without any issues, which was a relief. If you're ordering from overseas, I'd say it's worth considering.

"Decent overall, but the face felt a little off"
The cutout looked good from a distance, and the size and print quality were totally fine. But up close, the face just seemed a little off to me. I could tell who it was supposed to be, but I’m probably a bit picky about likeness, and it wasn’t as sharp or accurate as I was hoping for. Not a bad buy, just wish it looked more like the person for the price

The print came out looking blurry and kind of cheap, which was disappointing. I was expecting it to look a lot cleaner, so that part was weird

"Wish shipping was cheaper, but no surprises"
I’ll give them credit, the shipping cost was shown clearly before I paid, so there wasn’t any annoying surprise at checkout. I do kind of wish it had been a little cheaper, and maybe I would’ve hesitated less if it was, but at least I knew what I was getting into. The cutout arrived on time and in good shape, so overall I’d probably use them again.

"Looks legit and good quality"
I ordered a celeb cutout and it looks like the real licensed deal, not a cheap knockoff. The print came out clear and the overall quality seems solid. Delivery was fine too—only thing was the packaging had a small bend, but it didn’t really affect anything, so no big complaint from me

"Warning: Returning Items Was a Nightmare"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from them, my return experience was awful. The whole process was way more complicated than it needed to be, the refund took forever to come through, and every reply I got from customer service felt like they weren’t really trying to help. I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

"Way more cutouts than I expected??"
I only went on the site to look for one actor, but then I got completely distracted. There were so many people on there?? I ended up checking out musicians, sports people, and loads of random TV faces too.
The selection was much bigger than I thought it would be, including a few older names I really didn’t expect to find. Who knew they’d have that many options?? It made picking something funny for a party really easy.
I spent ages browsing before I ordered, but in a good way. It’s just nice having so much choice in one place instead of jumping between a bunch of different sites

I ordered it on Monday and somehow it was already here by Wednesday. I’m not sure I was expecting it that quick, but i’m really happy with it. No messing about at all, just turned up fast and hassle-free.

"Pretty much the size I expected"
I ordered a cutout and, i was kind of worried it might look smaller than I expected. But it was actually really close to the size listed, so that was a relief. It fit the spot I had planned for it and looked good in photos too. The edges weren’t totally perfect, but, you know, size-wise I really don’t have any complaints. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Super easy to set up"
I was worried this was going to be fiddly, but it took me about 2 minutes and stood up just fine. No hassle at all. Just a heads up to anyone overthinking it like I did: don’t stress, it’s way easier than it looks. Very happy with it.
